Answer: Nucleus is the main control part of the cell . If it is removed from the cell then the total structural function of that particular cell stops and the total mechanism of the cell organisms stops with leads to gradual death of the cell . And also the nucleus only has the chromosomes inside it. If it dies , then the chromosome too get spoiled and dies.
