what will happen to a marine fish if it is kept in fresh water aquarium ?

a marine water fish of kept in a fresh water aquarium then the fish will die . marine water is salty water and the fish maintains its temperature as well as the salt contents from getting in but if it is kept in fresh water aquarium then it will lose water by the process of exosmosis as there is less salt contents in the surrounding water as due to loss of water it shrinks and dies

It will DIE. BECAUSE it has maintained its temperature according to the temp of salty water....
