It will burst. A fish absorbs oxygen through gills and when this happens, some salts which are dissolved in marine water enter into it and get deposited on the inside of the fish. Now, the concentration of solutes in the fish is greater than the concentration in fresh water. As a result, endosmosis takes place and the fish absorbs water causing it to burst.
