It depends on the mass of the object and the amount of force and friction. If the mass is more then the gravity acting upon it is high and the friction is too high.If the mass is less then the gravity acting upon it is high but not as high as on an more mass object and the friction is too high but not as high as on an more mass object . If the force is more than the frictional force and gravitational force than it would be able to change the position of object or in simple words the object moves. And If the force is less than the frictional force and gravitational force than it wouldn't be able to change the position of object or in simple words the object would not move. Thank you.
