What will happen to 'Pooris' and 'unused kneaded flour' if they are left in the open for a day or two?

Answer: If the pooris and unused kneaded flour are left in an open condition then i will get spoiled and many harmful microorganisms will start to grow. Mainly spores will grow and some fungi will grow on it . In order to prevent it we can keep the flour in a closed container and can keep the mould in refrigerator.
