LET THE SIDE BE A
AREA = (A) ^ 2
1. DOUBLED
AREA = (2A) ^ 2 = 4A ^ 2
DIFFERENCE = 4A ^ 2 - A ^ 2 = 4 TIMES
2. HALFED
AREA = (1/2 A) ^ 2 = 1/4 A^2
DIFFERENCE = A ^ 2 - 1/4 A ^ 2 = 3/4 A ^2
