what will happen to the image in a pinhole camera if the pinhole is enlarged?

It depends on the size of the hole in the pinhole camera. If the hole is small, less ray light will flow through the gap. Therefore the image will naturally be dimmer. Not only that but it is sharper as the hole is smaller, as well.
