heya !!!
■The golgi apparatus contains vesicles and folded membranes and is involved in cellular transport .
■It is packaging organelle .
■ The golgi apparatus packages proteins into vesicles inside of the cell before sending them to destinations .
■The golgi apparatus processes proteins for secretion that contains enzymes that attach sugar monomers to proteins .
■If the golgi apparatus is not present the transport of materials would cease to happen.
■So , various substance such as sugar monomers would not be able to transform into proper forms for further use .
■Also , if there is no golgi apparatus the plasma membrane would be affected because it needs to grow larger for cell division .
hope it helps u dear ^_^

What will happen if if there is no golgi apparatus?
If there is no Golgi apparatus, then many of these functions will not happens:-
- Storage of protein.
- Formation of acrosome.
- Formation lysosomes & vesicles.
- Transportation of lipids around the cell.
- Modifying, sorting & processing of proteins.
