A) When edge is doubled then side became
2a .
Then volume = a³= (2a) ³ = (8 a) ³
b) If the edge of cube is halved
=> side of cube = a /2
=> volume = (a/2)³
=> a³/2³
=> a³/8
when edge is halved then the volume of cube became 1/18.
c) if edge became tripled
=>volume of a cube=edge × edge× edge = a³
when a refers to side .. then a became 3a.
