Practically speaking, heart would be under constant strain. The rate of blood entering heart will be more than rate of blood going away from heart.
There would be no mixing of blood deficient in oxygen and blood rich in oxygen because valves are present in atrio-venticular aperture.
The net outcome would be..heart won’t be able to efficiently pump blood.
Atrial and Ventral Diastole and Systole would be common for Left/Right portion of heart.
