what will happen when milk is mixed with cold water? Why?

You get diluted milk. If you keep going, you get cloudy water. Eventually, It’ll be water, with from your average human perspective, entirely unimportant trace amounts of milk.
Because:milk is mostly water already. It’ll mix easily and without any drama with more water.
