What will happen when we keep shelled egg in pure water and concentrated salt solutions

when we keep a shelled egg in pure water then the concentration of water outside the egg increases and inside the egg decreases therefore solvent move from high to low concentration and the egg swells...

and when we keep a shelled egg in concentrated salt solution then the concentration of water(solvent) outside the shell decreases and inside the shell is more.... therefore solvent moves from high to low conc and the egg shrinks...
