water cools when it is kept in fridge hence it will become ice after some hours it depends whether your keeping hot water or cool if you keep hot it will take longer time to cool and become ice if you keep cold water it will take less time

The water will be get chilled\ cool . and after taking out water bottle from refrigerator we can see the vapours will be formed . it will also become ice but, if u will keep the water in freezer only .
