Some stars of milky way galaxy will go into Andromeda and some stars of Andromeda will go into Milky Way. Also , there is 2 possiblity of what with their black holes will be . First - the both black holes will be mixed and will form a new large black hole will form , another possibility is some parts of black hole will collide with each other and form a separate small black hole . But we should not be afraid of it as the life expectancy of Earth is very small as compared to the time at which this incident will take place.
