what will I do in case a trigonometric question includes tan 90° or any other trigonometric ratio that is not defined and I have to add to some other trignomstric ratio.For example
  \frac{ \sin(90) }{ \csc(30) }  +  \frac{ \tan(45) }{ \sec(90) }

Answer:

First of all is rare case to find a question including the trignometric functions that are not defined. You may probably find sin90, cosec90, cos90, sec 90.

for addition of different trignometric ratios solve it by writing the values of it.

like sin90=1, tan45=1, cosec30=2, sec90=not defined. then put in the question you will get your answer. For this question answer is 2
