Look:

A normal year has 365 days

365 days=364 days+1 day

=52 weeks + 1 day

This 1 day can be any day and has 7 possibilities.

52 weeks have 52 Sundays.

So:

53 days depend on this extra day.

This means that:

Probability=Number of favourable outcomes/Number of possibilities

Favourable outcome is only one that is Sunday

Possibilities are the 7 days in a week

So;

Probability=1/7

Hope it helps you.
