Given :

  • ∠A = 18°
  • ∠B = 64°

To Find :

  • The measure of third angle (∠C).

Calculation :

Assumption: Let us assume the measure of third angle as x.

We know that,

 \underline{ \purple{\boxed{ \rm{Sum \:  of \:  all \:  angles \:  in \:  a \:  triangle \:  =  180^{\circ}}}}}

 \longrightarrow ∠A + ∠B + ∠C = 180°

 \longrightarrow 18° + 64° + x = 180°

 \longrightarrow 82° + x = 180°

 \longrightarrow x = 180° - 82°

 \longrightarrow  \underline{\boxed{ \rm{x  = 98^{\circ}}}} \blue{\bigstar}

Therefore, the measure of third angle (∠C) is 98°.

⠀ ⠀__________

Verification:

As we know that, all angles in a triangle sum upto 180°.

So,

 \longrightarrow ∠A + ∠B + ∠C = 180°

 \longrightarrow 18° + 64° + 98° = 180°

 \longrightarrow 82° + 98° = 180°

 \longrightarrow 180° = 180°

 \therefore L.H.S = R.H.S

Hence, verified!

Given :

One angle (∠A) of traingle is 18° and another (∠B) is 64°

To Find :

Other angle

Solution :

As in question two angles of traingle are given A is 18° and ∠B is 64°.We have to find the Third angle that is ∠C. Let's assume the third angle be y know that sum of all angles of triangle is 180° ∠A + ∠B +∠C = 180°. We will values of Angle ∠A and B and then we can simply find the Third angle of the triangle.

Let third angle be y

∠A + ∠B + ∠C = 180°

→ 18° + 64° + y = 180°

→ 82° + y = 180°

→ y = 180 - 82

→ y = 98°

Verification :

∠A + ∠B +∠C = 180°

→ 18° + 64° + 98° = 180°

→ 82° + 98° = 180°

→ 180° = 180°

Hence, Proved

∴ Third angle measures 98°
