 \bigstar \underline{\mathbb{ANSWER}} \bigstar

Here , let the triangle be ABC

The top angle be A

The 90 angle will be B

and , The the third angle be C

\therefore \underline{\underline{By\: Pythagorean\:Theorem}}

\implies AC² = AB² + BC²

\implies 10² = AB² + 6²

 \implies 10² - 6² = AB²

\implies 100 - 36 = AB²

\implies 64 = AB²

\implies AB² = 64

\implies AB = \sqrt{64}

 \implies AB = 8

Again , points to be noted \rightarrow

  • formula of Pythagoras theorem

 \implies AC² = AB² + BC² ( where , AC is the hypotenuse )

  • The side opposite to 90⁰ angle is the hypotenuse
