• When the flag is presented in this situation, we should face the flag and stand at attention with your right hand over your heart.

• Symbols have to be treated with utmost respect.

• Symbols can be used to instill pride and unity in a nation's population.

• Our national heroes are recognized for the sacrifices and contributions they made towards our development and advancement.

• It is the duty of every citizen to respect the ideals, which include liberty, justice, equality, fraternity and institutions namely, executive, the legislature and the judiciary.
