I will tell them fastly on phone and also the team of snake catchers

First of all there is no need to create panic or get panicked if snake has entered in neighbors house.
As far as I am concerned will ask everyone to leave the house and will call the concerned people to come and rescue the snake.
Because snake will also be in panic.
I will keep some milk in a pot for the snake.
