If I see a person in trouble then I should help him, Because we don't know what would happen if they couldn't handle it & also it's free if cost, It can also save many lives sometimes.

Example:

If I saw a person crying out and he was in trouble of money then I will help him by giving some money, If it will be related to crime then I will suggest the man to call police or me myself call police. But there was someone lost then I will give him support& help him to found the lost one by taking the help of police.
