Teach him/her the traffic rules and advice him/her to kindly follow the rules.

If they're driving down a one way street the wrong way, weaving all over the road, driving on the shoulder of the road, then you call 911 and have the local police dispatch look into it. It's always better to stop them BEFORE they hit someone, or kill someone
