The practical answer:

I wish to be a high school music/band teacher at my high school. Five years of college before that.

Less practical answer:

It would be cool to buy up failed restaurants and revamp them, you know, create my own places for my community to gather and eat good food and see some good entertainment, really make a name for myself here.

Even less, but awesome idea:

Run a summer camp, but not just any summer camp. It would be a camp for inner city kids, where they would be assigned farm chores, have a horse, and spend 3 weeks learning to ride, taking care of animals, running around, enjoying unrestrained life out on the farm while learning life skills.
