I'll give my argument from probability.
Observe that there exists the structure of the human civilization. Which is more probable -
for it to have occurred in a haphazard manner, or for there to exist a robust process of creation of such civilizations, even though isolated or unable to detect each other in the grander universe. Certainly the second option is much more probable. (This is but one of many arguments.)
