This reorganization commission was started or appointed by our late Prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru.
He created this in order to join the states that are separated due to various reasons. This commission was started in December 1953 and its sole purpose is to reorganise the Indian states.
The proper boundaries are set and each boundary explains the culture, heritage and language spoken in the respective states.
