Your statement needs correction well let's have look on conditions
1. If the object suppose you mive at the speed of sound towards sound you'll hear it as soon as possible by adding up the given velocity one should look upon its a mechanical wave so it doesn't apply relativity or high fundas..
2. If you move with it.. You won't be able to hear any sound until and unless there is change in medium (denser would allow speed to pass more quick) or your velocity
