To allow more women to take up variety of jobs or run a business is to change the old mindset of people. People of this mindset does not allow women to work even if she is well qualified and want's to work.

Second thing that can be done is that give pripority to women jobs and business oportunity and help them to build a startup business.

The goverment can also spread arwareness among the people regarding their scemes and plans that can help in upliftment of women in the job and business sector.

The goverment can also provide special facilities to women like giving loan at lower interset rate and provide thwm with required atmosphere and right time to develop and flourish in their fields.
