Option A is correct

See there are two functional groups
1) Ketone i.e. CO
2) Amide i.e. CONH₂

And as per the priority list amide comes first than that of Ketone.

So we have to take suffix of amide and prefix of ketone.

Niw first fine the longest chain, then number it from the C that is of amide group. As per shown in attachment.

Now as we have to take prefix of ketone and suffix of amide. Also longest chain has 6 carbons and double bond at number 2. The name will be

5-oxohex-2-en-1-amide

It can be also written as

5-oxohex-2-enamide
