Volume of Cuboidal Pit (Volume of Earth) = l * b *h

= 10 * 8 * 5

= 400 cm = 4m

Cost of digging = Rs. 30 per m

= Rs. 30 * 4

= Rs. 120

ANSWER :-

₹ 120

EXPLAINATION :-

Volume of of Cuboidal Pit = ( 10 × 8 × 5 ) cm

=> ( 80 × 5 ) cm

=> 400 cm

Conversion of centi - meter to meter :-

As we know ,

1 cm = 1 / 100 m

So ,

400 cm = 400 / 100 m

=> 4 meter

Cost of digging = ₹ ( 30 × 4 )

=> ₹ 120
