what would be the path of refracting Ray and emergent Ray if two glass slab attached to each other

The overall effect would be the same as a single slab of equal thickness to the 2 slabs which would be a refraction in accordance with the refractive index of the glass, typically around 1.5. Any gap between the slabs would have virtually no effect and the emerging rays would be parallel to the entering rays.

or there is one more condition that if both pieces of glass have the same refracted index and have parallel surfaces the rays in and out would be parallel.
