The psi of a flacid cell will be zero.
Reason :
A cell is said to be flaccid when amount of water flowed inside the cell is equal to the amount of water going out from the cell.
Since, the amount of water are equal so there will be no pressure that will be exerted on the wall of cell by the protoplast.
Because of this the pressure potential or psi will be zero.
Fungi and some bacteria also posesses cell wall.
Cell wall is present in them to protect them from getting destroyed. It also helps them to be protected from the adverse conditions.
