What would be the ratio of chromosome number between an egg and it's zygote? How is the sperm genetically different from the egg ?

the ratio of chromosome number between egg ang the zygote will be 1: 2 mean ( egg haploid23: Zygote diploid 46) and sperm is genetically different from the egg in presence of y chromosome...

The ratio of chromosome number between an egg and zygote is 1:2 because an egg has 23chromosomes and a zygote has 46chromosomes. Sperm is the male gamete which fuses with an egg toform the zygote. Sperm are motile whereas egg is non motile
