sum of the interior angles of a quadrilateral =
(2n-4)90° , where n is the number of sides.
for a pentagon ,n=5
sum of intrerior angles = (2×5-4)×90°
=6×90°
= 540°
now ,the measure of each interior angle of a regular pentagon = ((2n-4)90°/n)
= 540°/5
=108°
