When we move east, by each longitude we add up 4 min.
If we move towards the west we loose four min when we move from one longitude to the other.
If it is 12.00 pm at Greenwich then
At 60°east the time will be 4*60=240 min ahead of Greenwich
That is....240min=4 hours 4.00pm
At 70°west 70*4=280min=4 hrs 40min
The time will be 7.30am
That is Greenwich will be 4.30hrs ahead of 70°west
Hope it helps!!
