Viruses are one of the most complicated organism in the world. it could neither be considered as living completely nor non living completely. What makes viruses more complex is that it is believed that it has been evolved after bacterias.

Viruses are thought to have been evolved from the DNA and RNA which has escaped out of the organism lot of years ago. this escaped out material led to the formation of a complex molecules containing nucleic acid, proteins etc. These complex molecules on their own do not have any existence but on entering a living cell it combines itself with the working mechanism of that cell and lead to protein formation. Now, proteins are something that controls ever aspect of organism, it also controls their genes as well. so when viruses make their own proteins in living cell it leads to difference in working manner of that cell. thus, resulting in diseases.

it is often said that viruses do not die. According to certain scientists the viruses that enter our body remain in it forever either in active or inactive state.

If the virus do not die then what makes it inactive?

the virus on its own cannot be killed but the living cell on which it attacks can be killed or separated out. for example, the de-worming medicine used for treating corona virus i.e ivermectin  completely covers  the cell with corona virus. thus, not allowing corona virus to come in contact with other viruses.

These are some of my believes on the existence of viruses. Hope you find it useful.
