The Nucleus,in case of eukaryotes is considered to be the 'brain of the cell'. So, if the nucleus is removed the cell will die. ... So, if the nucleus(assuming genetic material is removed along) is removed, there is no way the replication can occur. Eventually, the cell will undergo no division and will die finall
