Gogli Appratus is mainly responsible for transporting the proteins for secretions hence in its absence the packaging and transport of protein will not happen.
Subtances like Sugar monomors wil not be able to change the forms as the secretory activity of the cell will not occur.
Even the plasma membrane will be advesly affected in absence of gogli apparatus.
