If it's colliding from one side it will do as follows
0)actually the collision should blast such that nothing should happen to sun and gasious water will spread across the universe

Or else

1)it will make the surface of the sun into solid rock and the inner part will be still be molten or gasious
2)there will be huge amount of water still on the sun
3)there will be humid air which in future will become its atmosphere (but as there is no sun it won't form ozone)
4)water will exits but no life form can be found
Due to heat and un availability of needed food(like oxygen glucose and etc)

Or else

999)THE whole sun should become rock and the heat should create a blast that will blow away the rock to dust and the outer planets along with it
