No water droplets will be seen inside the polythene bag as leaves are not present. Because leaves perform transpiration i.e. water is lost as vapours from leaves, which can be seen in the polythene bag as water droplets when a bag is tied with leaves. But here as a bag is tied without leaves so no such droplets could be seen.
