If all the oxygen present on earth will convert to ozone ,then life on earth will come to halt. All organisms require oxygen for carrying out various metabolic processes.Id oxygen is not present then we wont be able to respire.
Moreover ozone is harmful to plants as well as animals.Ozone affects chloroplast of plants and hence affects photosynthesis. In animals and humans ozone causes, respiratory problems such as asthma and lung irritation.
