The three major drawbacks that we will face if amazon forest gets destroyed are -
- It will significantly effect the people who are directly dependent on rain. It will not only for the South America regions that depend on the forest for its rainfall, but also for folks around the world.
- It will significantly increase the pollution level and global warming. The rainforest's trees also help remove harmful carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and convert it into oxygen.
- It will significantly effect our production of the modern medicine. The Amazon currently produces up to 25 percent of the plants used in modern medicines.

the Amazon currently accounts for more than half of the planets remaining rainforest. ......
if the trees and plants are destroyed, that means the area around where the rainforest it's a reason that depends on water from the Amazon for up to 70% of its economic activity- is likely to dry out.
I hope it's helpful for you dear diii
