There would be no seasons, far north and south latitudes would have a chilly Spring sort of weather all the time until giving way to permafrost, and the equator would be very hot, more so than now. There would probably be very few migratory animals and trees would not lose their leaves. Animals would probably also not have breeding seasons as often (some would though — a huge rush of young can overwhelm predators who can’t eat enough of them at once), and you could grow crops in a more stable pattern, so there should be earlier human (or whatever) civilization and fewer famines and such.
