What would happen if carbon didn't exist? Would humans exist or not?

It would be impossible for life on earth to exist without carbon. Carbon is the main component of sugars, proteins, fats, DNA, muscle tissue, pretty much everything in your body. The reason carbon is so special is down to the electron configuration of the individual atoms.

it is impossibe for life, earth and many other things to exist without carbon. it makes up most of all the food matetials we eat like carbohydrates. it even makes up parts of your genetic material and other parts of the body. a lot of substances of the earth are made of carbon. it is said that 3 million compounds of carbon are discovered. and a lot more are being found. even if life was some how existing, we would have a hard time keeping it stable.
