What would happen if fruits had no seeds? ​

The fruit would cease to perform its function of spreading seeds through being eaten, and then being excreted, by passing hungry animals. If this happened as a result of some disease common to an entire species, it would swiftly cease to exist.

IF THIS HAPPENED AS A RESULT OF SOME DISEASE COMMON TO AN ENTIRE SPECIES, IT WOULD SWIFTLY CEASE TO EXIST.
