Hemocyanin is less efficient oxygen carrier for animals living in environment which are rich in oxygen. It can carry oxygen efficiently in cold environment where the oxygen pressure is low. So, if we replace hemoglobin with hemocyanin in animals living in oxygen rich environment then they won't be able transport oxygen efficiently.

Haemoglobin is rich in oxygen.

The colour of blood also changes if we replaced.

I hope it will help for u ☺.
