What would happen if india is located in arctic circle?

For sure life would not prevail then ..because the arctic circle includes a very harsh and unpleasant condition for the life ....so there no one would live and sure india wouldnt have such a big population then

if india would be situated in arctic circle it would be very uncomfortable . it would be freezing cold & we would not have different seasons & experience only one season i.e, winter. we would not be able to see plants or any type of greenery around us.and probably we would not be able to see the sun too.....
