Rivers would dry up, crops would fail and our green and pleasant land would start to look pretty desperate. In fact after just a year without rain, desert conditions would start to occur. Land could be irrigated, but that would mean tapping precious underground reserves.

Some other knowledge

Clouds are made of water droplets. Within a cloud, water droplets condense onto one another, causing the droplets to grow. When these water droplets get too heavy to stay suspended in the cloud, they fall to Earth as rain.

Explanation:

If it rains all year round the chances of flooding in coastal areas and landslides in hilly regions will increase. There would be water everywhere so the survival of land animals would be difficult. They will be drown in water causing death of many animals due to which water would be polluted and will effect our health.
