there is no nucleus then the action and works of cell will be not maintained properly for long as nucleus is the the head of the cell.

Somewhat it depends on the cell type also. In case of eukaryotic cell most of important functions such as Replication, transcription etc occurs in nucleus whereas in prokaryotes nucleus is not much developed but still perform vital duties. In conclusion, eukrayotic cells most probably not divide and further they will die but prokaryotic cells may survive long than euk. one but they will also die.
