If syngamy doesn't occur there will be no fertilization , ( 'cause , it is the fusion of nucleus of male and female gamete )

If there is no fertilization , the formation of zygote will not occur , and we can't get any fruits and seeds .

hey
here is ur answer
=====
If syngamy does not takes place, therewill be no zygote formation, hence nonew generation produced. Syngamy is a process of fusion of male and female gametes to form zygote during fertilisation. ... if syngamy does not occur then no sexual reproductionwould occur .
