 If you breathe air with a much higher than normal O2 concentration, the oxygen in the lungs overwhelms the blood's ability to carry it away.

If oxygen's percentage is 100% then fire will be 99% impossible to extinguish and as a result people will be dying frequently.

there wouldnot be nitrogen fixation of plant
